Chocolate Peanut Butter
Homemade Chocolate spread
My absolute favorite combination on this earth is chocolate & spread . I can never get enough, which are often a problem once I don’t have healthy alternatives to show to, so making this homemade version of the classic Reese’s cup makes my life 100x better.
just peanut butter cups
Unlike store bought spread cups these have minimal sugar, and you recognize precisely the ingredients going into your food! i prefer to avoid added sugars once I can, but we can’t be perfect. I calculated the macros to the simplest of my ability, and that they are easily ready to fit into your day as a touch dessert or snack to carry you over during the day.
The macros will change if you employ a special brand of chocolate or if you create the cups bigger or smaller! (this made roughly 12 medium sized cups)
What You’ll got to Make These Healthy Reese’s Alternatives
peanut butter cups with Earthnut butter
1/2 cup Toll House bittersweet chocolate Chips (just what I had available but next time i would like to undertake vegan chocolate or sugar-free chocolate)
4tbsp peanut spread
2-3 tsp copra oil
Sprinkle of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Muffin pan
Muffin liners
Oil spray (if employing a muffin pan)
Chocolate spread Cups Recipe:
chocolate peanut butter cups close up
Prep Time: 5min
Cook Time: 5min
Serves How Many: About 12 medium cups
(96cals- 6.6F 7.6C 2.2P)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Toll House bittersweet chocolate Chips (just what I had available but next time i would like to undertake vegan chocolate or sugar-free chooclate)
4tbsp Pintful spread
2-3 tsp copra oil
Sprinkle of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Instructions
Measure out ¼ cup of the chocolate chips into a microwavable dish and add 1tsp copra oil
Get out a mini muffin pan or muffin liners (if you employ pan I suggest praying with oil) size is simply preference!!
Melt down the chocolate chips/oil within the microwave with 15-20second increments and stir between whenever (chocolate can burn easily so be careful if your microwave is basically powerful)
When fully melted spoon out into muffin pan/liners into however many slots you would like counting on size.
Stick into freezer
Measure out 4tbsp spread
Take cups out of the freezer and spoon spread evenly into cups
Place back to the freezer
Melt down the remainder of chocolate chips and copra oil an equivalent way as before
Spoon out the melted chocolate onto the cups again for the last layer
Sprinkle with sea salt (or the other toppings you please, I used some coconut)
Place back to the freezer till fully set
Should confine the freezer in order that they don’t find yourself melting!!
(I melted all my chocolate first then put spread on top for just two layers rather than having chocolate on top simply because i used to be experimenting- you'll do either way!!)
The easiest combat a classic candy, this may needless to say curve your appetite while keeping you on target and staying healthy and HAPPY! I mean seriously who can say no to chocolate and peanut butter!
